New, more robust knowledge base

We’re proud to announce the recent launch our new knowledge base support site offering step-by-step tutorials and documentation on various aspects of our system. These documents are designed to help answer common questions and guide you through utilizing the features and functions available. The site has a growing database of information, including thorough detail regarding the use of our Portal, Survey and Reporting tools, with more content added daily.

To visit the new Support Site, simply log in to the Portal using your usual login and password, and click the ‘knowledge base’ link in the top right corner of the screen.

The link will direct you to the home page of our knowledge base support site, where you can access a list of articles and search for documents regarding your specific questions and needs, such as the features shown below:

  1. Use the search feature to quickly find the topic you are researching.
  2. Browse articles by topic. Focus on key areas within our system such as our Portal, or QA mode along with technical specification and helpful user tools.
  3. View various instructional videos from ‘how to find a project’ to ‘good ways to organize your projects’, plus many more to come.
  4. Easily jump to the most popular or most recently added topics.
    When finished, quickly jump back to your project in our portal.

Each article provides easy to follow step by step instructions on how to use various components within our system, allowing you to easily print the article you need.  Additionally, you can subscribe to receive updates on specific features, send details to another user directly from the article, or add comments which will help us improve the quality of our site.
